Laurent Vialet was born in Paris in 1967. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and subsequently undertook extensive study trips to Normandy and Brittany to view and study nature. The results can be seen in his bold, beautiful, color-filled landscape paintings. In 1987, Vialet joined his uncle, the noted painter Jean Kevorkian, as a pupil/painting companion. Many view Vialet as one of the best painters working in France today.
Vialet has shown extensively in galleries in Paris, Nice, Rouen, London, Tokyo and the United States.
